Let’s meet if you have these skills:

• Min. 3 years working experience on business analysis/ process re-engineering projects (RPA, data science, tool implementation, digital transformation related projects);
• Min. 2 years of business analysis experience;
• Min. 1 year of relevant experience in developing RPA solutions using UiPath and other automation technology
• Experience in designing, developing, testing and deploying Robotics solutions using UiPath or other solution (e.g. Automation Anywhere)
• Knowledge of hardware and software with a logical approach;
• Advanced knowledge and experience in using process mapping tools such as Visio, Bizagi or other similar tools;
• Ability to address IT challenges from end-to-end (Design, Implementation, Testing, Deployment)

• UiPath certifications, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Scrum, ITIL, BA;
• Other automation certification;
• Consulting experience;
• Knowledge of Java script or other scripting languages;

• Independent and solution-oriented approach;
• Advanced ability to collect data from source, organize data in a logical manner and interpret data;
• Fluency in English (written / spoken);
• Experience in working with a complex stakeholders environment;

• • Bachelor degree in Engineering or other relevant field;

Key responsibilities

• Support the development, implementation and communication of the Finance, Accounting and Controlling, Data Maintenance, Supply Chain, Support Functions, etc. Transformation Roadmaps towards internal stakeholders and partners;
• Identify/define/champion business cases to improve/modernize processes with focus on existing technologies and capabilities (Process expertise, Continuous Improvement, Quality Assurance, etc.);
• Involve key business and IT stakeholders to clarify the process, participate in process definition and for testing (User Acceptance);
• Produce respective documents (e.g. Solution Design Document);
• Ensure associated configuration methodologies are followed;
• Design a process architecture – create a reusable process architecture;
• Develop and deploy processes;
• Test the process and analyze the performance increase;
• Provide support for solution testing to ensure alignment with the actual process;
• Provide immediate post-project support for the configured robot;
• Evaluate process automation potential and identify use cases based on available advanced technologies (AI, ML, DS, etc.) while evaluating industry IT trends and shared practices;
• Contribute to the definition, design and development of key process transformation areas required to enable successful organizational set-up and implementation (digital transformation, process modernization);
• Be seen as the subject matter expert in automation and digital, providing thought leadership on new technologies and digitalization capabilities, owning the customer journey and business road map;
• Support high impact, business critical transitions;
• Ensure close partnership between EBS and Euromaster countries;
