Key responsibilities
- Processing claims from internal and external stakeholders;
- Assist & resolving customer complaints, managing database records, drafting status reports on customer service issues;
- Researching and resolving account discrepancies;
- Generating reports and statements for internal use;
- Discuss delinquent accounts resolution with internal parties;
- Assist with Month end closing specific activities;
- Engaging in ongoing educational opportunities to update job knowledge;
- Active participation to process and efficiency improvement projects;
- Identify opportunities to improve the process under their area of responsibility; active participation to process and efficiency improvement projects.
