    Key responsibilities

    •  Processing claims from internal and external stakeholders;
    •   Assist & resolving customer complaints, managing database records, drafting status reports on customer service issues;
    •  Researching and resolving account discrepancies;
    •  Generating reports and statements for internal use;
    •  Discuss delinquent accounts resolution with internal parties;
    •  Assist with Month end closing specific activities;
    •  Engaging in ongoing educational opportunities to update job knowledge;
    •  Active participation to process and efficiency improvement projects;
    • Identify opportunities to improve the process under their area of responsibility; active participation to process and efficiency improvement projects.
