The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives and projects.

He/she plays an interface and liaison role between the company and the employees, offers support to employees and counsels them during the HR processes, contributing to the implementation of HR policies/projects, softs or HR ERP.

Mission:

Ensures the implementation of selection, assessment, training, C&B programs according to the company needs, coordinates and validates the month closure activities with a very good command of Romanian legislation on work relations, internal and external reporting to State authorities and contributes actively to HR projects and programs deployed in the company.

Key responsabilities:

  • Coordinating the implementation of Human Resources programs within the company, ensuring an efficient and sustainable strategy for employees;
  • Optimal planning and management of human resources (organizational chart and functional structure of the company);
  • Implementation of HR initiatives and strategy, on all areas of interest: selection and recruiting, induction, training & development, career and promotion plans, administration and payroll, performance management, compensation and benefits, HR communication, exit process;
  • Change and transformation management: contribution and support to management teams in specific organizational development issues;
  • Providing specialized support for all company employees (feedback, career counseling, conflict management, development and training plans);
  • Identifying and transforming business needs, based on data analysis, feedback  and requests of the internal customers, in specific HR programs;
  • Preparing reports for management teams, with project status and HR specific KPIs (evidence of employees, budget, departures, departure interviews, attrition rate);
  • Defining and monitoring learning and development plans for employees;
  • Permanent updating of Human Resources policies, in accordance with the local legislation and with the company’s strategy;
  • Coordinating the elaboration of Human Resources policies and programs: permanently ensuring the concordance between the HR programs and the specific business needs;
  • Collaborates and represents the Human Resources department of the company both with the internal departments and in the relationship with partners and / or external service providers in the field of Human Resources (Human Resources consulting companies, recruitment, training, Labor Inspectorate, Institute of Statistics, National Health Insurance House etc)
  • Dealing with internal communication process (Newsletters, internal magazine, employer branding program)
  • Update and implement HR policies for recruitment & selection, hiring & induction, training & development, performance management, labor discipline, employee relations
  • HR counseling for internal customers – recommendations and advice related to all HR issues
  • HR projects management: organize, fulfil different HR projects: Organizational projects, workforce planning, Lean implementation, Internship programs, Competencies related projects, Internal Job Catalogue, annual events, assessments centers, HR ERP implementation, HR surveys.
  • Ensuring right application of Romanian Labor laws and Corporate HR standards
  • Specific HR support in annual Collective Labor Agreement negotiation
  • Compensation & Benefits process implementation
  •  Contract management for external temporary workforce (personnel leasing) and assuring right implementation of all HR internal processes to this headcount category
  • Coordination of a team from the activity accountability point of view

Candidate profile:

  • Bachelor in University studies ( preferably, Psychology/Sociology/Humanistic studies, Business Administration)
  • Experience in HR field, generalist, 10 years
  • 5+ years Human Resources (Recruitment white and blue collars, ERP/HR platforms implementations, month closings, process mappings) and 3+ years in a similar role
  • Language requirements English –B2/C1; French – nice to have
  • MS Office – especially Excel: medium/advanced -(Pivots, VLOOKUP, If, Count), Power Point and other similar skills nice to have 
  • Communication and relational skills, initiative and curiosity; 
  • Orientation to details, high level of accuracy and efficiency, autonomy and organization;
  • Ability to work as part of a team
