  • Fluent in English and German;

    Key responsibilities

    • Active participation to process and efficiency improvement projects;
    • Researching and resolving account discrepancies;
    • Generating reports and statements for internal use;
    • Administration of customer credit files;
    • Analysis and preparation of reports about credits;
    • Discuss delinquent accounts resolution with internal parties;
    • Provide supporting documentation and correspond with collections;
    • Send all types of dunning letters to customer; block / unblock customer account when applicable;
    • Dispute and resolution of outstanding payments for 1st, 2nd level and 3rd level;
    • Processing claims. Customers and business users queries resolution;
    • Month end closing specific activities;
    • Engaging in ongoing educational opportunities to update job knowledge;
    • Optimization of credit management processes;
    • Maintenance of relationship with collection agencies, insurance companies, sales department;
