Let’s meet if you have these skills:
- University studies (preferably, Economic studies);
- Written and verbal fluency in English and French
- Experience in AP or similar activities ( 3-4 years)
- MS Office – especially Excel;
- Communication and relational skills, initiative and curiosity;
- Orientation to details, high level of accuracy and efficiency, autonomy and organization;
- Ability to work as part of a team;
- Proactive;
- Client & process improvement focused person;
Key responsabilities
- Responsible for follow up on payment transactions to external suppliers and execution of urgent payments with ensured controls.
- Responsible for preparing timely reconciliation & review of all AP related accounts; run open items and clearing with partner involvement.
- Initiate process improvements, execute projects related to standardization, quality improvement, compliance or simplification.
- Participate in migrations or system implementations, build and maintain process documentation.
- Support the preparation of metrics and investigation analysis.
