Role Mandate:
In the current context of the Euromaster group and Euromaster Business Services (EBS) transformations, the Head of Business Excellence will be in charge, with the relevant specialists, of improving overall productivity in Euromaster administration and finance processes and ensuring those process are providing strong value to Euromaster Customers and/or Euromaster service delivery.
He/she will lead harmonization & standardization of backend processes (Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Order To Cash, Data Management), will run major initiatives and projects related to digitalization & automation, will ensure standards and governance, by introducing innovation and best practices, and will drive organizational and mindset change.
He/she will engage and team up with senior managers, key business stakeholders, corporate and country finance leaders across Europe and support functions at Group level.
He/she is accountable for the Group process efficiency and effectiveness.
Key responsabilities:
- Understand the current state and drive development of future services, reengineering of end-to-end processes, identify and drive needed organizational, process and tool changes.
- Define, lead and implement integration, improvement and change initiatives to increase maturity in efficiency, innovation, automation and digitization.
- Define, measure and standardise the process to bring efficiency and quality.
- Establish solid and trustful relationships with other senior executives. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction expectations by leading transition and transformation initiatives and collaborative development of services level agreements, adhering to those agreements and monitoring costs, quality and timelines.
- Develop and manage a team of experts with a focus on optimizations, operational discipline, harmonization and standardization enhancing the customer experience.
- Coach the experts in studying and deploying (including documenting) process optimizations. Leverage the Michelin Group resources and methods.
- Animate key workshops that require senior leadership skills.
- Build a process documentation for the ERM support processes.
- Report to the relevant stakeholders the quality and performance.
- As a PMO for transformation projects, manage change, thus communicate business value, project stats and issues to business leadership and business sponsors.
- Manage the alignment of the service delivery strategy with the business strategy and IS/IT functions within EBS and Euromaster group
Skills and Attributes Requirements:
- Has a strong track record in process re-engineering and successfully led process change optimization, simplification and harmonization, successfully completed mid and large initiatives and projects.
- Has a track record in running business transitions and has driven organizational transformations.
- Skillful negotiator, strong leader with influencing capabilities to drive action and positive outcomes.
- Has worked in an international environment, in different cultures and geographies.
- Good understanding of Finance and non-Finance business processes, dependencies and interfaces.
- Solid background in people, program, project and resource management.
- Ability to overcome challenges in a remote, dispersed and multi-cultural organization to ensure positive interactions.
- Good vision and perspective of the process to answer the customer’s needs.
- Lean Six sigma Knowledge.
